We help residents of Wirral tackle a wide range of issues, including debt, benefits, employment, housing, and more. Our dedicated team is here to support you, whether you’re facing a crisis or need general advice on your rights and responsibilities.
In addition to offering advice, we use anonymised client stories to campaign for policy changes that improve lives across the community. We value diversity, promote equity, and challenge discrimination.

Mental health and crisis support
Wirral Council offers emergency financial support for residents facing crisis, including help with food, utilities, and essential household items.
Specific eligibility criteria apply, and help is processed quickly to provide immediate relief in emergencies. For more details, visit Wirral Council’s Emergency Financial Support.

Our AGM is an opportunity to hear more about our work supporting people across Wirral and our plans for the future.
Anyone aged 18 or over who is interested in furthering the work of the charity is welcome to attend and, with the consent of the Chair, speak at the meeting.
Please note: only Trustees of the charity are entitled to vote.
