Walk-Up, Face-to-Face Advice

Some of our walk-up sessions are open to everyone (those marked on the timetable with a star) and some are open to people who already use services at that specific location. 

Please be advised that our office in Haymarket, Hinson Street Birkenhead DOES NOT offer face -to-face advice and is ONLY for ADMINistration purposes.

 Our Tomorrow’s Women session is exclusively for women seeking assistance with their own gambling issues or requiring support and guidance for someone close to them dealing with gambling problems.

Family Hub

Sessions at the Family Hubs are designed to support people who are pregnant or have a child of any age. They should already be registered at the Family Hub, or be willing to register there. This support provides targeted assistance to families. 

Sessions at Wirral Ways are for people who use the services provided by Wirral Ways.

*To help us support as many people as possible and to keep waiting times down, these sessions are limited to 30 minutes per client.

*If your issue is more complex, we may book you a follow-up appointment or refer you to another service for further support.

*Our walk-up advice sessions as listed below, cater to unique needs, ensuring that you receive the support that’s right for you.

*Sessions can change from time to time due to staff holiday or sickness, so for the most up to date information it is best to check out our Citizens Advice Wirral Facebook page or contact the venue before you travel.

When looking at attending the sessions that are listed as every other week, it might be worth calling the venue before your visit to make sure you get the right week. The numbers for these venues are listed here:

Flourish Wellbeing Hub

If you live in or nearer to the Wallasey area then why not drop into the Flourish Wellbeing Hub in Victoria Central Health Centre when seeking support?

Pop in and have a chat! Our walk-up service runs every Monday, Tuesday and Friday at the Flourish Wellbeing Hub. Please see the times in the timetable below. It’s a welcoming space where you can speak with one of our friendly Citizens Advice Advisers. They can provide information and guidance on a range of everyday issues, including housing, benefits, family matters, and the cost of living.
