Team Leader Advice

Location: Wirral

Hours: 35 per week
Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £26,520

We are seeking to appoint a Team Leader to join the team at Citizens Advice Wirral.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Team Leader who will help us to shape our Advice service delivery going forward.  If you are someone who embraces change and has a solution based approach, read on to find out more.

With experience of leading and developing people, supporting them to deliver the best outcomes for clients and having an innovative approach with the ability to embrace new technology in order to enhance service delivery.  Able to engage positively and confidently with people from a wide range of backgrounds and organisations, we are looking for someone with a range of experience and knowledge to bring to this role.  Whilst a background in advice would be an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be given.

Social Prescribing Link Worker

35 hours per week 

£21,016

We are looking for a Social Prescribing Link Worker to join our fantastic team to undertake a new role in partnership within adult mental health services.  

The role

This role empowers people to take control of their health and wellbeing, focusing on ‘what matters to me’.  Working closely with the wider clinical team, these roles take a holistic approach to an individual’s health and wellbeing, give time and connect people to the assets available to them.  This role will work specifically with people with a diagnosed mental health illness. 

The Candidate

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the existing team, extending the current personalised care to a wider patient population.  The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to be a good listener, have time for people and be committed to supporting local communities to care for each other and reduce health inequalities. You should have experience of working positively with people facing complex social and emotional challenges in either a paid or voluntary capacity; inspiring trust, building confidence and motivating. You will have great interpersonal skills; be empathetic, resilient and be able to maintain effective working relationships with partners across the sectors.
