Digital Lead

Location: Wirral

Hours: 35 per week
Contract type: 12 month contract

Salary: £25,999

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Advice and Information Supervisor/Lead to join Citizens Advice Wirral.

The Lead will work closely with other Ask Us Wirral service Leads, Supervisors and Managers and will have responsibility for managing a team of Receptionists, Support Workers and Advisers to ensure the delivery of a high quality, well run advice service.

The Lead will be innovative and have a proven track record of delivering change to support our existing service and to broaden its advice offer to incorporate more digital channels.

This role will ensure collaborative relationships and pathways are developed between our services and referral partners, leading to the best outcomes for Wirral residents, and influence the reduction of inequalities.

Projects Manager

Location: Wirral 

Hours: 35 per week
Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £29,713

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join Citizens Advice Wirral to lead a range of current projects and schemes and to support the development of new projects for the organisation.

If you have proven experience of leading projects, building strong strategic and operational partnerships across health, statutory and voluntary sector organisations and leading programmes of work, this is the role for you.

This role will ensure collaborative relationships and pathways are developed between our services and referral partners, leading to the best outcomes for Wirral residents, and influence the reduction of inequalities.

This exciting role, as part of Citizens Advice Wirral’s Management team, includes sharing best practice and knowledge locally and nationally.
