Macmillan Cancer Support

Our Macmillan Cancer Advice Project provides practical help for Wirral residents who have been impacted by cancer, focusing on financial stability and overall well-being. We assist with financial challenges that often arise, such as employment issues, housing or eviction concerns, benefit complications, and access to food and fuel support.

What support we offer

Our advisers can help with complex benefit claims, housing support, budgeting advice, and connecting clients to additional Macmillan resources if needed. Services are available in person or over the phone, including at select hospitals, to support clients’ specific needs.

Note: Services are available to anyone who is impacted by cancer – this includes those living with cancer, their carer or a family member.
