Free advice terminals across Wirral – support when you need it
Not everyone finds it easy to get help online.
Whether it’s a lack of digital skills, limited access to devices, financial pressures, or health and mobility issues, being excluded from online services can make dealing with everyday problems even harder.
That’s why Citizens Advice Wirral has free advice terminals available at trusted community locations across Wirral.
Self-help terminals can help you access the advice you need
These terminals are easy-to-use Chromebooks that give people direct access to support and advice. They allow you to:
- Search our website for self-help information on common problems
- Find details for the Ask Us Wirral Advice Line
- Make a self-referral, so our team can get in touch to help with your concern.
The terminals are designed to be accessible and welcoming. Each one has a simple step-by-step guide next to it, and staff or volunteers at the venue are available to help if you need support navigating the pages.
The terminals are completely free to use and available at the following locations:
- Stein Centre, St Catherine’s Health Centre, CH42 7HB
- CGL Market Wells, CH41 6HB
- Tomorrow’s Women, CH41 3JE (women only)
- Age UK Wirral, Liverpool and Sefton – Meadowcroft (Bromborough), CH62 2DE

*Please check location opening times before travelling to these organisations.
If you know someone who struggles to access advice online or would benefit from extra support, please let them know about these terminals. They’re a simple way to connect people with the advice and help they need, in a place they already trust.
