Giving your time as a volunteer with Citizens Advice is a challenging, but very rewarding role, and makes a real difference to the lives of people in Wirral.
Our volunteers work in a variety of roles, ranging from telephone advisers to those who give advice in face-to-face interviews in our offices and outreach locations. We have people that specialise in helping those with mental health issues and others that specialise in financial problems and consumer issues.
We also have opportunities for office administrators.
For whatever role you take, we give you full training and ongoing support.
Due to the Pandemic we have temporarily paused recruiting at the present time. We hope to begin processing applications in the new year so please revisit this page for volunteer recruitment updates
If you’d like to apply to be a volunteer, please complete this application form
Please note, if you have been a client of Citizens Advice Wirral, we will not be able to consider you as a volunteer until a minimum of 6 months has passed from the last time we advised you
