Giving your time as a volunteer with Citizens Advice is a challenging, but very rewarding role, and makes a real difference to the lives of people in Wirral.

Our volunteers work in a variety of roles, ranging from telephone advisers to those who give advice in face-to-face interviews in our offices and outreach locations. We have people that specialise in helping those with mental health issues and others that specialise in financial problems and consumer issues.

We also have opportunities for office administrators.

For whatever role you take, we give you full training and ongoing support.

Our next period of recruitment for volunteers will start in May 2020.  If you are interested in joining our team please complete our online volunteer application  after  1st May 2020. Once your application is received a member of our recruitment team will contact you to discuss further.
